About
Paws ’n Motion is a one-van shop based in Bartlett. The schedule is the map: core neighborhoods first, then a posted ring, then a shorter outer day. We’d rather turn a ZIP down than pad a ticket.
The van parks in the driveway. You hand the dog over at the ramp — no lobby, no other dogs, no car ride.
Water, power, and the tub are on the van. We text when it’s time to come out, not when a kennel opens.
Card or cash at the end, for the total on the confirmation. Mats get a call before any extra charge.
You need to be home for handoff and pickup. You don’t have to stand at the door the whole time.
Say so in the notes. Puppy visits and face tidies are shorter on purpose. If a dog taps out, we stop and you still aren’t billed for work we didn’t do.
Rabies, current, shown at the van. We don’t collect records through this form.
Sunday and Monday the van stays parked. Outer-ring ZIPs are only Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Work
Same van, four neighborhoods. Captions name the dog, the service, and where the van parked.

“They posted the $12 Germantown fee before I booked. The van was in the driveway at the front of the window, and Milo came back looking like the schnauzer he actually is.”
“I don’t put my anxious doodle in a car anymore. She walked the ramp, I made coffee, and that was the whole appointment.”
“Outer-ring Tuesday was honest on the site, and it was honest in the driveway. No add-on speech at the end.”
Book
No card on this form. The total locks when you confirm, and it’s collected when the groom is done.
Confirming closes that window for the next person. Your name and address stay on this phone.
